As Sales Director at finova I am responsible for new sales and existing account management. Working with our internal teams I aim to ensure that finova’s focus is aligned to best support our diverse range of clients. I have background in delivering services to both tier 1 banks and startups and great believer in the power to technology as a driver of operational excellence.

I have progressed through multiple roles, from operating customer support departments, leading product development teams and into direct Sales. 

With over 25 years of experience in the payment and mortgage space I have helped conceive, build or sell a range of solutions to address the changing regulatory or commercial landscape, being EU-MCD compliant origination journeys, UK image cheque clearing and Open banking.

Previously I have helped structure innovative approaches to deliver non-core business services into banks.  I established a utility payment services, with circa 150 FTE operational staff in the Republic of Ireland that provided payment services, initially to one bank, but growing to cover all major Irish banks.  

Moving to finova, I hope leverage the experience from working in organisations such as US based multi-national Exela Technologies and UK FinTech Icon Solutions in joining an exciting, dynamic team.
